Born in Bamako, Mali, Youssouf Niang was raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and Alto, Michigan. Being the child of a diplomat, he traveled to over ten countries before he was 15. The exposure to many cultures from an early age opened his mind and heart.
Though he introduction to photography was shooting film, he learned to process and print negatives at age 17; his professional career began in management. The experience of working with small local and large international companies and customer-related projects allowed him to bring a unique understanding of how to capture images through photography.
Transitioning to corporate photography, Youssouf has cultivated years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and corporate clients in business, financial, and legal industries.
Youssouf’s clients have included IBM, Carpenters Union, Home Depot, Hyundai USA, I Love Kickboxing, Anaheim Ducks, WE Day Org, and DoubleTree Hotel.
